Donald C. Sider & Associates, P.A. is a small law firm located one mile North of Yamato Road on Federal Highway in East Boca Raton, Florida. We have been part of South Florida's legal community for in excess of 25 years.

We consider ourselves to be a "boutique" firm, with our practice focused on Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration, Probate, and Tax Planning, Real Estate and Business Law. Mr. Sider is Florida Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates. We have the expertise to handle almost any matter in the areas in which we practice. We have substantial experience in dealing with the IRS, the Courts and with other attorneys in the various fields of our practice. When a particular subject matter is not within our expertise, we know where to find the expertise through our many relationships with others in the legal and financial community.

We have handled matters of all types and sizes; however, our specialty is in dealing with Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration, Probate, Real Estate and Business Law matters for the more affluent. We pride ourselves on getting to know our clients by listening to their special needs and circumstances, in order to develop strategies, solutions and plans to suit our clients individualized needs. We work closely with our clients accountants, financial planners and other professional advisors in order that the strategies and plans we develop are consistent with the plans and strategies being pursued by the other professionals.

We are not a high volume practice. We have long-term relationships with our clients and their families. We strive to stay in close communication with our clients. We make every effort to perform our services on a timely basis, including returning phone calls.

Fees at our law firm are not inexpensive. If one is looking for an inexpensive, straight-off-the-shelf, cookie cutter job, we are not the firm for you.

We attempt to perform most of our legal services on a fixed, agreed upon fee. We do not believe that hourly billing encourages us to be efficient, nor does hourly billing properly reward us for the high-quality of legal expertise and service that we provide. In some situations, however, the only possible way to charge is on an hourly basis.

We own and occupy our own spacious and comfortable office located at The Berkeley, a new office condominium, located on Federal Highway, just one mile North of Yamato Road, in Boca Raton, with convenient onsite parking.

Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. We are always pleased to provide an introductory consultation, free of charge.
